Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Serenity MedSpa is a medical practice. When you book an appointment, we reserve dedicated time with our Nurse Practitioner and prepare products, supplies, and treatment rooms specifically for you. A missed appointment is time we cannot offer to another client who needed it. This policy exists so we can keep our schedule fair, our wait times short, and our pricing reasonable for everyone.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. You can cancel or reschedule by phone, text, or through your booking confirmation at no charge with proper notice. Less than 48 hours' notice: a late cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file.
No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without notice, a no-show fee of $150 will be charged to the card on file. No-show fees are not credited toward future services.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying clients after you. Appointments rescheduled due to late arrival are treated as a late cancellation.
Deposits:
Appointments for injectable treatments and other medical services require a non-refundable booking deposit, which is applied in full toward your treatment at your visit. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations and no-shows, and may be transferred one time with at least 48 hours' notice.
Card on File:
A valid credit card is required to hold any appointment. By booking, you authorize Serenity MedSpa to charge the card on file for fees described in this policy. Your card will never be charged for anything else without your consent.
Repeated Missed Appointments:
After two late cancellations or no-shows, future appointments will require prepayment in full at the time of booking.
Illness and Emergencies:
Life happens, and we get it. If you are sick or facing a true emergency, contact us as soon as possible. Fees may be waived once at our discretion. Please do not come in sick; if you have an active illness, cold sore, skin infection, or sunburn in the treatment area, we will gladly reschedule you.
